JINGAH continues to develop into a large-scale production for a performance in Nottingham in September. The performance is significant to the community as well as to theatres, as it will have been over a year since the closure of performance spaces.
Through discussions with my co-designer, we developed a design scheme. Factors to consider are the acrobats and special rigging system required for that. Thus the theme will be to remain as minimal in big set pieces. After the research process, we divided the project into set and costume between us. I will continue with costume designs.
I explored a little improvised model boxing for a storyboard and creating a headpiece for the Tchacks, modeled by my cat.
